Participants will learn appliqué and embroidery techniques to create lavender sachet pillows. With the opportunity to see and touch historic textiles from our Education Collection, this workshop will encourage conversations on personal narratives and inspire participants to tell a story on these small pillows. Participants are invited to bring personal textiles to talk about or to include in their work. This project is supported by the Elizabeth L. Gordon Art Program.

No previous experience is required, and all materials will be provided. Registration is required as space is limited. Free with admission.

Registration is full. Email me at to be added to the wait list.
